Our client, a high-growth tech company that supports social responsibility on a global scale, is looking for an Associate Vice President, Product Marketing. This individual will manage the product go-to-market plans, support commercial readiness, define sales plays, markets, and segments for the products, and collaborate on strategies and programs to achieve revenue and market growth.

About the role 

  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to build and execute product marketing plans that achieve business goals related to the company’s products and solutions 
  • Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies and launches, leading a collaborative GTM process to bring new solutions to market 
  • Create new opportunities for monetization from products and services by building the right messaging, positioning, packaging, and pricing and working closely with internal teams to take these to market effectively 
  • Refine and establish pricing and packaging strategies for all existing and new products, including new product launches, promotions, and deal desk approvals 
  • Ensure deep integration on GTM across various teams to align all steps in the process 
  • Map positioning and messaging to a content strategy aligned to the sales process, driving higher conversion throughout the funnel 
  • Provide market insight and support for communicating the value created via the product roadmap and vision 
  • Speak with clients and sales team members to refine messaging, positioning, and enablement tools 
  • Ensure the development of effective product- and solutions-related training materials for staff and clients 
  • Lead a talented team of product marketers, fostering a culture of excellence, focus, and excitement around products 
  • Improve operations by establishing clear objectives and key results aligned to business goals, tracking performance and deliverables to measure the team’s impact, priorities, and productivity 
  • Understand the market through analysis, input from customer-facing teams, client segmentation, and competitive intelligence to generate insights about the target audience’s needs, priorities, and challenges 

About you 

  • 10+ years of related product marketing and/or product management experience in B2B SaaS solutions 
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams and working with stakeholders across the business 
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS programs 
  • Ability to execute strategies, programs, and projects cross-functionally, on-time, and effectively 
  • Proven experience working at the global level to capitalize on international markets and nurture markets at different levels of maturity 
  • Demonstrated success leading a portfolio of product marketers in a high-growth environment 
  • Proven success launching differentiated products, solutions, and services within B2B environments 
  • Experience with SaaS pricing and packaging strategy in a global B2B environment to drive revenue growth 
  • Experience with new product introductions by market and geography 
  • Strong strategic planning, execution, and measurement skills 
  • Great collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally with or without authority 
  • Excellent communication skills across various audiences 
  • Strong organizational skills, independent thinking, and flexibility 
  • Analyst relations experience is an asset
