In this job, you will... 

  • Create and execute thought leadership and email content, social media strategies that align with OLT’s brand and communications objectives. 
  • Assist with managing creative vendors (photographers, designers, videographers, etc.) and providing clear briefs and direction on all projects that align with and enhance the brand. 
  • Develop and manage the content calendar for all channels, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure relevant and timely information sharing. 
  • Create original content ideas in collaboration with marketing, sales and design teams, leveraging your insights on what resonates with audiences. 
  • Craft compelling email content and build email programs that meet marketing, e-commerce and customer experience communication needs. 
  • Collaborate with the Digital and e-Commerce Leader on e-commerce emails and CX communications, social ads and SEO plans. 
  • Ensure consistency across all content communications and channels. 
  • Set relevant metrics and manage monthly and annual reporting, analytics, recommendations across all organic channels, web and email programs. 
  • Monitor the company’s online reputation and encourage a positive online community by responding in a timely fashion to all inbound messages and collaborating with various internal departments on responses as required. 
  • Report on, benchmark and create data-driven insights and recommendations based on your work. 

You have...  

  • 1 – 4 years of experience working in a strategic content and social media position. 
  • A marketing, communications or business diploma, degree, certification or in-depth experience. 
  • Direct experience with social media, email and content planning and delivery, which includes compelling strategy creation and execution, reporting, project management and budget management. 
  • Some experience or familiarity with SEO and how content plays a role. 
  • Passion and understanding of social media marketing and strategic content creation. 
  • Outstanding copywriting and editing skills. 
  • Great working knowledge of major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. 
  • A strong appreciation for brand and aesthetics and a good eye for design.
