As the Marketing Coordinator, you will...
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns including automation flows, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Maintain and optimize email lists, ensuring data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance with email regulations (e.g., CASL/GDPR).
- Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Collaborate on monthly content calendars for email and social media, contributing ideas for themes, promotions, and campaigns.
- Assist with copywriting, image sourcing, light image editing, and creative coordination for marketing materials – visual and written.
- Make minor content updates to the WordPress website, including blog posts, landing pages, and product/service pages.
- Support general marketing operations, including competitor research, reporting, campaign QA, and coordination with vendors or partners.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and design teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
You have...
- 1 – 2 years of experience working in a strategic content and social media-related position.
- Direct experience with social media, email and content planning and delivery.
- Some experience or familiarity with SEO and how content plays a role.
- Passion and understanding of social media marketing and strategic content creation.
- Good copywriting and editing skills.
- Good working knowledge of major social media channels.
- A strong appreciation for brand and aesthetics and a good eye for design.
Additional details:
💰️ $50,000 - $55,000, plus extended health benefits and two weeks of vacation.
📍 Hybrid (Must be able to work two days a week from the Maple Ridge, BC office. The role may occasionally require seasonal travel to the Penticton, BC plant for project-based initiatives, approximately once or twice annually.)
