Apply/Register

This seems self-explanatory. You've polished, edited, fabuloused your resume for us, so you've applied to a job or registered through our online portal. Your resume then makes its way to us via email.

Job Match

We are a client-facing business so we’re actively seeking people that fit our client’s requests. If you’re a fit for a role, we’ll reach out via email or phone to chat further about the opportunity with you. If the opportunity aligns with your career trajectory, we’ll continue the discussion from there. If you’re not a fit for a role, we’ll do our best to let you know that so we can keep your job hunt respected and honest.

Online Screening

If we've contacted you with an opportunity that you're interested in pursuing, we'll put you through a screening process called the Online Career Profile. It's an online questionnaire that allows us to get to know you more in-depth: what you've achieved, where you want to go, your views on corporate culture. It takes about an hour to complete, but we promise the investment will be worth the return so we can find you a perfect match.

Interview

We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.

You are a pro-active and ambitious marketing specialist with experience in customer loyalty marketing. You are a confident communicator who is at ease working with external stakeholders, and a contributing member of internal teams from different work streams. You enjoy having multiple projects on the go, and have a flexible mindset that allows you to move easily between projects as priorities shift.

Smart, Savvy + Associates has partnered with our client, Save-On-Foods, in their search for a Partner Insights Specialist. This role works directly with the Partner and Rewards Manager - More Rewards to support external partners as well as collaborate with teams across the organization on loyalty program initiatives. About the role:

The Partner Insights Specialist role supports More Rewards program projects including both the points issuance and points redemption work streams. Main areas of responsibility include:
Build and manage new and existing relationships with a variety of internal/external partners including meeting with stakeholders to review and document project status
Manage customer analytics reporting for external partners and internal users using Excel and Qlikview to establish and regularly update KPI dashboards
Identify optimization opportunities and analyze performance reports to plan future activities and plan remedial action
Support the preparation of joint business plans for large and strategic partners
Effectively manage the onboarding of the More Rewards program to new external partners

About you:

Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or related area
5+ years of experience in project/change management with strong problem-solving skills
2+ years of business development or client management experience
Experienced Excel user, including advanced functions
Demonstrated understanding of customer loyalty marketing
Superior attention to detail and an intermediate analytical business acumen paired with agile mindset
