As the Manager, Marketing + Communications, you will...
  • Support the development and delivery of BC Dairy’s annual marketing and communications plan.
  • Ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging and storytelling across all channels, departments, and audiences.
  • Lead major integrated marketing campaigns, while supporting and guiding team-led initiatives.
  • Develop campaign briefs, oversee creative production, and track performance metrics.
  • Manage content strategy and creative direction for campaigns, educational materials, public messaging, and internal communications.
  • Oversee and contribute to reporting of marketing and communications activities, ensuring visibility into progress and results.
  • Supervise and support a small team, providing coaching, guidance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Own and manage BC Dairy’s websites (WordPress), ensuring content accuracy, functionality, accessibility, and continuous improvements in user experience.
  • Oversee production and management of creative assets (photos, videos, graphics), ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Support CRM-based communications, including emails campaigns and member updates.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with agencies, media partners, and creative supplies.
  • Collaborate with Community Engagement, Nutrition and other internal teams to support cross-functional initiatives and program promotion.
  • Partner with the Director of Public Affairs to develop proactive media content and storytelling.
  • Balance project coordination, oversight, and hands-on content development depending on campaign needs and team capacity.
You have...
  • 7+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated management and team leadership with a proven track record of successfully developing and leading teams.
  • A degree or diploma in marketing, communications or a similar field.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, public relations, integrated campaign execution, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to draft content and review others’ work.
  • Strong project management, organizational abilities, and budget management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms, including social media management, WordPress, and CRM-based email marketing.
  • A strong understanding of brand and messaging consistency across print, digital and campaign materials, with the ability to guide and review the work of others.
  • Comfort with new technologies and digital tools, with a commitment to staying current.
  • Familiarity with the agriculture, food, or non-profit sectors is an asset.
Additional details
💰️ $81,000 - $110,000 
📍 Full-time, hybrid (Langley, BC). Occasional travel, overtime or evening work may be required during campaign launches or events.
