- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand and market presence.
- Oversee content creation, social media, website management, digital and physical advertising.
- Lead and manage a small team, providing mentorship, direction, and support to drive performance and professional development.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and business growth.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on performance outcomes.
- Research industry trends and best practices to keep marketing efforts effective.
- Oversee workload distribution, setting clear goals and expectations, empowering team members to drive performance, and ensuring timely project completion.
- Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor the performance of agencies and external vendors, providing feedback and guidance to ensure effective partnerships.
You have...
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, managing brands and multichannel campaigns within the construction industry.
- Diploma or degree in journalism, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- A proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational skills to lead multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional editing and listening skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- The ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and collaborate with key business functions to align marketing and communications initiatives with company goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across departments, provide guidance, and ensure a unified approach to achieving business success.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with experience leading initiatives and managing teams.
- Proficiency in marketing and project management tools and analytics platforms to measure performance and derive insights.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license for occasional travel to job sites.

💰️ $120,000 - $145,000, plus benefits and RRSP matching
📍 Full-time, on site (Burnaby, BC)
💡 Some travel is required. Access to reliable transportation and a current driver’s license is necessary.
