Director, Brand Production & Project Management - 12 Month Contract

This role reports to the Vice President, Brand Management and leads a large team of highly skilled employees with a portfolio. About the role:

The Director, Brand Production & Project Management leads a large team of project management and brand/community production professional in the delivery of projects and productions of all sizes. The team works across project and production lifecycles from creative brief through to delivery and analysis. With overall accountability to deliver projects on time and on budget, major tasks include:

  • Actively oversee all department projects at a detail level which provides ability to deliver updates and reports to executive leadership, and ensures they are tracking on time and on budget with the annual brand calendar (average 20 concurrent projects)
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes to create and deliver content at a global level
  • Maintain open communication with team members to support problem solving processes and provide resources to move projects forward
  • Collaborate with finance team to manage budget process and provide regular budget reports
  • Work closely with creative team leadership to ensure understanding of creative vision and support delivery of this message to internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Work in partnership with strategic operations leadership to develop processes for campaign development and execution, and support delivery of this message to internal and external stakeholders and partners

About you:

  • 10+ years’ marketing experience in the global marketplace, ideally in the retail industry
  • Experience and developed relationships with production partners and agencies on a global level
  • Strong leadership skills for both people and projects, using skills, motivation, and agile thinking to effectively lead and deliver:
  • works collaboratively with diverse groups of internal team members and external stakeholders
  • committed to mentoring and leading team members to fully develop skills and abilities
  • delivers significant projects on-time and on-budget, leading throughout project lifecycle
