Are you a fashion-forward marketing leader who wants to build a marketing function from the ground up inside a well-established retail brand?

This Marketing Director role is built for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in founder-led environments and wants real ownership of the brand. Our client is a respected, family-owned fashion retailer with strong brand recognition and a loyal customer base across Vancouver. With both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels, the business is ready for more structured, performance-driven marketing and needs a leader who brings digital depth, retail instinct, and the experience to elevate how marketing operates.

With leadership closely involved in the business and growth plans underway, this is an opportunity to step into a visible, high-impact role where strategy and execution matter equally.
