Smart, Savvy + Associates has partnered with our client, a specialty electrical maintenance company, in their search for a Sales Executive. This new role will support the company’s continued growth and help to develop sales process, target markets, and focused marketing/sales materials. About the role:

  • Prepare quotations within SAP
  • Monitor BC Bid, Merx and engage new opportunities
  • Work with administration staff to streamline small quotations
  • Assist in the development of quote templates and processes
  • Assist in the development of standard bid packages (resumes, references, HSE packages, etc)
  • Outside sales to target industrial markets and commercial market in general
  • Continue to build and maintain new customers in SAP & track bid closings and bid opportunities

About you:

  • Highly organized with an outstanding track record in sales
  • Able to work constructively with administration staff to accomplish goals
  • Clear verbal communicator who is easy to understand
  • Low-key, relationship-focused approach to sales
  • Works well alone and is able to establish goals with execution plan, tactics, and measurement
  • Electrical industry contacts an asset
