📍 Full-time, in-office in the Fraser Valley, BC 

As the Marketing Generalist, you will...  

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content and innovative campaign ideas for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). 
  • Manage and administer the social media content calendar by creating and scheduling posts while analyzing audience behavior to identify best practices and adjust accordingly.  
  • Manage and update website content (WordPress), optimizing functionality, design, and performance while ensuring security and SEO best practices. 
  • Prepare, coordinate, and distribute marketing materials to additional branches. 
  • Provide interdepartmental support in creating marketing documents, forms and e-mail campaigns. 
  • Assist with event management and promotion, including pre- and post-event communications, event set-up, execution and participation. 
  • Manage CRM database, ensuring accuracy, tracking and managing leads, customers and campaign lists. 
  • Create analytical marketing reports (web, email, CRM, social). 

You have...  

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing (B2B marketing preferred). 
  • A certification, diploma or degree in marketing or a related field. 
  • Experience with digital content, social media, and email marketing platforms with a solid understanding of best practices and tactics for growth.  
  • Sound knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, digital marketing tools like MailChimp, WordPress, and other similar programs. 
  • Excellent creative writing skills with a focus on crafting SEO-optimized content. 
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. 
  • Comprehensive design, graphic and print layout knowledge. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  • A self-motivated, tenacious personality, capable of working independently to achieve goals. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at any time. 
  • A willingness to dig in and continuously learn new things.
