As the Marketing Generalist, you will...
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content and innovative campaign ideas for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Manage and administer the social media content calendar by creating and scheduling posts while analyzing audience behavior to identify best practices and adjust accordingly.
- Manage and update website content (WordPress), optimizing functionality, design, and performance while ensuring security and SEO best practices.
- Prepare, coordinate, and distribute marketing materials to additional branches.
- Provide interdepartmental support in creating marketing documents, forms and e-mail campaigns.
- Assist with event management and promotion, including pre- and post-event communications, event set-up, execution and participation.
- Manage CRM database, ensuring accuracy, tracking and managing leads, customers and campaign lists.
- Create analytical marketing reports (web, email, CRM, social).
You have...
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing (B2B marketing preferred).
- A certification, diploma or degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience with digital content, social media, and email marketing platforms with a solid understanding of best practices and tactics for growth.
- Sound knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, digital marketing tools like MailChimp, WordPress, and other similar programs.
- Excellent creative writing skills with a focus on crafting SEO-optimized content.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Comprehensive design, graphic and print layout knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated, tenacious personality, capable of working independently to achieve goals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at any time.
- A willingness to dig in and continuously learn new things.
