This is a newly created role within the Foundation's Marketing & Brand Engagement team and an opportunity to help shape the future of one of BC's most important charitable brands. Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Brand Engagement, you'll lead integrated marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness initiatives, and help bring the Foundation's bold vision for the VGH+ brand to life.
The Foundation has ambitious goals for growth and visibility across British Columbia. As Brand Marketing Lead, you'll develop go-to-market strategies, lead campaign planning and execution, and partner with an in-house team of content, creative, PR, and communications specialists to bring integrated campaigns to life.
This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who enjoys building plans, bringing people together around a common goal, and rolling up their sleeves to make great work happen.

The Details
💰 $106,100–$119,300 base salary
🎯 Annual bonus target of 3%

What You'll Do
Lead integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, engagement, fundraising, and organizational priorities
- Lead go-to-market planning for major initiatives, campaigns, and announcements
- Build campaign strategies that connect audience insights, business objectives, and measurable outcomes
- Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with Foundation goals
Grow and strengthen the VGH+ brand
- Help advance the Foundation's brand strategy and positioning across British Columbia
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness and engagement beyond Metro Vancouver
- Support the continued growth and evolution of the VGH+ brand
- Ensure consistency across campaigns, channels, and audience touchpoints
- Establish campaign KPIs and performance frameworks
- Monitor results and translate insights into recommendations and action plans
- Use data and audience insights to inform future strategy
- Work closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications, content, creative, and leadership teams
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to align priorities and resources
- Support annual marketing planning and budgeting activities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to marketing team members
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performing team culture
- Help establish priorities, processes, and ways of working that support long-term success
- 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience with a strong foundation in brand and campaign marketing
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
- Strong understanding of brand building, audience engagement, and go-to-market planning
- Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities
- Comfort using performance metrics and campaign data to evaluate success and guide decision-making
- Previous people leadership experience, whether through direct management, mentorship, or project leadership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
- Experience working with agencies, media partners, or external vendors
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, sports, entertainment, or purpose-driven organizations
- Familiarity with regional marketing initiatives across BC
