📍 Full-time, hybrid (Working 3 days/week from Vancouver, BC office) 
 

In this job, you will... 

• Lead a team of strategists and campaign manager specializing in social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing and TikTok shop strategies. 
• Provide mentorship through training, feedback and support. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their business goals are met through effective marketing strategies. 
• Oversee the creation and execution of customized influencer, social media and affiliate marketing strategies to meet diverse client objectives and budgets. 
• Review campaign performance to ensure team strategies meet client KPIs. 
• Optimize team workflows and internal processes to increase efficiency within the team. 
• Work cross functionally with internal teams to optimize revenue generation and system performance. 
• Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and capitalizing on new and scaling existing business opportunities. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to pitch services to potential clients, developing proposals that highlight the agency’s unique capabilities. 
• Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media and e-commerce platforms. 

You have... 

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior role within a digital marketing agency focused on influencer marketing, social media, affiliate marketing and emerging e-commerce platforms. 
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an asset. 
• Proven success in leading and mentoring teams, driving collaboration and achieving high-performance results. 
• A strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering business outcomes and satisfaction. 
• A strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative and data-driven marketing strategies that align with client goals. 
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and make informed changes.
