This role supports the Marketing Manager with executing on projects, from concept to delivery, for internal clients. About the role:

The Marketing Coordinator works directly with internal clients on specific marketing projects to meet their business/departmental needs, through coordinating marketing activities, project management, and marketing services delivery and administration. Main areas of responsibility include:

  • Deliver marketing projects that meet clients’ business goals, on time, on budget, and on brand
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal clients through ongoing communications, meeting expectations, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Execute on tactics for annual marketing strategies for clients, including managing their calendar of marketing activities in tandem with Key Performance Indicators
  • Facilitate scheduled meetings with clients and with marketing team members
  • Develop and present detailed creative briefs for all client projects
  • Forecast and track project budgets and timelines

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, with preferred area of study in marketing or management
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, agency environment an asset
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy/management and project management
  • Thinks both critically and creatively to move projects forward and meet goals
  • Self-motivated to problem-solve, and take action to deliver on time and on budget
  • An evangelical Christian with a desire to serve in the workplace and the community
